How long will it take for me to get my plant?

Once you place your order will dispatch it as soon as possible & we promise to deliver it within 3 to 5 working days. In extreme weather conditions where your plant might be at risk of damage we will contact you to discuss delivery options.

How much does P&P cost?

Accepted Answer

If you purchase more than £40 of plants we will cover your packaging & postage costs. For sales under that we charge a flat rate of £3.95

What do I get if I subscribe?

We will select a stunning example of one of our favourites, carefully package it & deliver it to you every & every month. Each plant will be accompanied by plain speaking but detailed care instructions.

What if my plant arrives damaged?

Accepted Answer

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not for any reason, please get in touch and we'll do our utmost to make it right.  Our policy is to offer a replacement or a refund for plants damaged in transit.
