If we are unable to fulfil your order, a full refund will be processed and should appear in your bank account within 5-7 working days, depending on the payment provider.

3.1 Delivery Areas
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, except for:
The Channel Islands
The Republic of Ireland
PO Boxes and BFPO addresses
3.2 Dispatch and Shipping
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday). Our priority is ensuring plants arrive in top condition. You will receive an order and dispatch confirmation via email.
3.3 Delivery Delays
In cases where plants are delayed by the growers, we aim to deliver within 24 calendar days. We appreciate your understanding as we strive to deliver the best quality plants.
3.4 Address Accuracy
We will deliver to the address specified during checkout. We are not liable for losses or damages resulting from incorrect address information provided by you. Redelivery due to incorrect address information will incur additional charges.
3.5 Delivery Instructions
You can provide delivery instructions during checkout. If you request items to be left unattended, it is at your own risk. We are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from this request.
3.6 Returns
We do not accept returns if you change your mind, as the legal right to cancel does not apply to perishable goods, including plants.
3.7 Post-Delivery Liability
After 7 days from delivery, we are not responsible for the condition of the plants due to various environmental factors beyond our control.
4. Cancellations
4.1 Canceling Orders
To cancel an order, contact us via email at mail@plantyhaus.co.uk. We can only cancel orders that have not yet been dispatched. We reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee of 40% of the order total due to the specific sourcing of products.
4.2 Post-Dispatch
Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.
5. Product Representation
5.1 Plant Images and Descriptions
While we strive to provide accurate representations of our plants and products, natural variations occur. The images on our Website are indicative and not guarantees of the exact plant you will receive.
5.2 Seasonal Variations
Plant sizes may vary depending on the season. Products purchased outside of their natural growing period may be slightly smaller.
5.3 Plant Sizes
We may provide larger plants at no extra cost if the specified size is unavailable. Plant sizes in listings are approximate, including stem, foliage, and pot depth.
6. Pricing and Payment

We reserve the right to change prices and remove special offers at any time.
6.2 VAT
All prices include VAT where applicable.
6.3 Payment Errors
If an incorrect price is listed, we are not obliged to supply goods at that price. We will notify you of any errors and issue a refund if necessary.

We take payment upon order receipt. If payment is withheld by the provider, we may delay dispatch until funds are cleared.

7.1 Pot Sizing
We strive for accurate pot sizes, but minor fluctuations may occur. Ensure your decorative pot is slightly larger than the nursery pot for proper fitting.
7.2 Hanging Pots
Hanging pots may have size differences due to their design. Consider propping up plants in decorative pots with materials like gravel for better display.

We provide information on pet-friendly plants but do not guarantee their safety for all pets. Verify product suitability for your pets before purchasing.
